VoIP & Telecom
Phones that work, supported by the people who installed them.
A phone system should not require a support ticket to a national carrier every time you want to change a voicemail greeting. We run yours, and you call us the same way you call us about anything else.
What’s Included
What phone service covers.
- Number portingWe move your existing numbers across without you losing calls in the middle of a business day.
- Desk phones and softphonesPhysical handsets where people want them, apps on laptops and mobiles for everyone else.
- Auto-attendant and call flowMenus, ring groups, hunt lists and after-hours routing configured to match how you actually work.
- Voicemail to emailMessages delivered as audio and text to the inbox, so nobody has to dial in to check.
- Call recording and reportingAvailable where you need it for training or compliance, off where you do not.
- Ongoing changesAdding an extension or changing a greeting is a phone call to us, not a support portal.
Straight Talk
Where this starts and stops.
We are a white-label partner on a national platform, which means good infrastructure with local support. The tradeoffs are worth stating.
We handle this
- Provision, configure and support the phone platform end to end
- Port existing numbers from your current carrier
- Supply and configure handsets
- Handle moves, adds and changes as part of your service
- Make sure your network is actually ready to carry voice traffic
We don’t
- Provide the underlying internet circuit voice depends on
- Support handsets bought elsewhere that are locked to another provider
- Guarantee call quality over an internet connection we do not manage
- Offer contact-centre scale features such as workforce management
Questions
Before you call.
Will we lose our phone number?
No. Numbers port across. Porting takes a few weeks with the losing carrier, and we keep your old service running in parallel until the new one is confirmed working.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls fail over to mobiles or to a backup number of your choosing, so you keep taking calls while the circuit is fixed. This is worth configuring before you need it, not after.
Is VoIP cheaper than what we have now?
Usually, though not always, and the honest saving is often smaller than a salesperson would claim. Send us a recent bill and we will tell you the real number rather than a headline rate.
Can staff use it from home?
Yes. The softphone app puts their business extension on a laptop or mobile, so calls made and received look like the office line wherever they are.
