Managed IT Support
The helpdesk your team actually calls.
Someone has to own the laptops, the servers, the password resets and the printer that only jams on Mondays. We take that job so nobody on your payroll has to pretend it is theirs.
What’s Included
What managed support covers.
- Unlimited contactCall, text or email. You reach an engineer, not a ticket portal and not a phone tree.
- Proactive managementPatching, updates, disk and health monitoring on every covered workstation and server.
- Backup verificationWe check that your backups actually ran and actually restore. Untested backups are not backups.
- Onboarding and offboardingNew hire set up and ready on day one; departing staff cleanly cut off the same day.
- Hardware lifecycleWe track what you own, tell you when it is due, and quote replacements without markup games.
- Onsite when neededIf remote will not fix it, we drive. Greater Tulsa is our home patch.
Straight Talk
Where this starts and stops.
A retainer that quietly covers everything is a retainer somebody is losing money on. Here is the actual line.
We handle this
- Workstations, laptops and servers you already own
- Windows, macOS and the everyday business software on them
- Printers, scanners and the peripherals attached to covered machines
- User accounts, passwords and permissions
- Coordinating with your line-of-business software vendors on your behalf
We don’t
- Write or debug your custom in-house applications
- Support personal home computers that are not on the agreement
- Cover the cost of replacement hardware itself
- Provide 24/7 staffed overnight monitoring - we are responsive, not a NOC
Questions
Before you call.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic is $35 per workstation per month and covers management and monitoring; hands-on labor is billed at $125/hr in 15-minute increments. Premium is $125 per workstation per month and includes labor on the technology you already own. If your year looks quiet, Basic genuinely costs you less and we will tell you so.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
No. There is no after-hours surcharge on any plan. A server that fails at 6pm on a Thursday is not a billing opportunity.
How fast do you respond?
You are contacting two people directly rather than a queue, so most calls are answered live. Anything that comes in by text or email gets a same-business-day reply.
Do we have to put every machine on the agreement?
No, but coverage works best when it is consistent. Machines outside the agreement are supported at the standard hourly rate, and we cannot manage or patch what we are not watching.
What happens if we want to leave?
You own your data and your equipment. We hand over documentation, admin credentials and anything else needed for a clean transition.
